Come build the company that helps people build their own.
WeScale helps everyday people start, grow, and scale real print-on-demand businesses through education, coaching, and community, and now through AI that does the heavy lifting. We're a small team carrying a big mission for 25,000+ members. We hire rarely. When we do, you own a real piece of the mission and you work straight with the founder.
We believe anyone can build a real business.
Print-on-demand is the on-ramp. We hand people the blueprint, the coaching, and the community to actually make it work, and we build the AI tools that take the hard parts off their plate. The methodology can be copied. The coaching and the community cannot. That's why we stay embedded in a member's journey from their first sale to their first real income.
The thing we protect above everything is the human side. Great numbers don't keep a seller from quitting. Mindset and momentum do. Every product we build, every tool, every automation, runs that coaching-and-psychology through-line. If it forgets the human, it isn't finished.
Six things everyone here runs on.
People over everything
We're in the business of changing lives, not shipping features. Every decision gets measured against whether it helps a real person win.
Coaching and mindset first
Belief and momentum keep a seller going when the numbers don't. The human element in coaching and community is the line we never cross.
We do more with more
AI is imagination, not cost-cutting. We don't replace people with robots. Every person here is themselves plus an AI co-pilot, building at a level a team ten times our size can't.
Open minds, open doors
Curiosity is a strategy. Staying receptive to new ideas, new people, and new ways of working is what keeps creating the next opportunity.
Vision over tasks
People show up differently when they know what they're building toward. We share the why, not just the what, and we expect you to care about it.
Only what's provable
We make claims we can stand behind, in public and in private. Integrity when no one is watching is the whole game.
A small team moving like a much bigger one.
One priority at a time
There's one number-one priority, always. Work that doesn't move it needs a reason to exist.
Measure before you build
Every project names the number it should move before it gets built, and gets checked against it after.
The pilot decides
Numbers are warning lights, not the steering wheel. When data and trained judgment disagree, judgment makes the call.
Use it yourself daily
We build tools we'd want to use in our own brands. If we don't reach for it every day, it isn't real yet.
The core never stops
The main business runs while we build the next thing, funded by what the core throws off.
Every piece has an owner
A part of the business nobody is obsessed with is a warning, not a footnote. You'll own one, end to end.
A-plus only. We'd rather wait than lower the bar.
Because we hire so rarely, every hire matters enormously. We're looking for a specific kind of person, and you'll know fast whether it's you.
You care about the mission
You want to help real people build real businesses and change their lives. The work matters to you beyond the paycheck and the title.
You take founding-level ownership
No spec, no manager, no hand-holding. You're handed an outcome and you go make it real. You move fast and you finish.
You hold a high standard
You sweat the details and play the long game because you're building something to last, not chasing the trend of the week.
You lead with candor and character
You tell the truth even when it's uncomfortable, you welcome being challenged, and you do the right thing when no one is watching.
This is the wrong place for you if
- You want a narrow role with clear boundaries
- You need someone to tell you what to do next
- You optimize for looking busy over moving the number
- You chase hype and shortcuts over fundamentals
- You'd rather avoid feedback than grow from it
- You play politics instead of playing to win as a team
We hire one role at a time, and we hire it slowly.
Applied AI Engineer
The hire that lets us serve our members and run our own brands at a scale a small team never could. We already generate thousands of product designs and ad creatives a day and publish them automatically. The one thing still done by a human is approving each one. You'll build the AI judge that learns our team's taste and proves with numbers that it agrees, then close the loop so the system learns from what actually sold and gets better on its own, with no one tuning it by hand. We already own the data to train it. This is closed-loop, self-improving systems work, not chatbots.
As each part of the business grows, the next role shows up here: owners for our brands, our content, our community, and our fulfillment. We don't run a headcount plan. When a part of the mission is ready for its obsessed owner, you'll see it on this page. If you're that person for something we haven't posted yet, reach out anyway.
Transparent, hands-on, and built to find the real thing.
We don't run a black box. Here's exactly how it goes. Any stage can be a strong no, and one well-justified no ends it. That's the bar working as intended.
Intro conversation
A short first call to make sure the fit is real on both sides before anyone spends real time.
Your work, with the founder
We walk through what you've actually built, together. We're listening for the thing you owned and the number that proved it.
A real problem, live
You'll think out loud through a real decision in our world and get your hands on a real problem the same day. We want to see how you work, not how you interview.
Paid trial on real-shaped work
Finalists do a short paid trial on safe, anonymized work. Nobody works for free, and we both get to see the real thing before committing.
Ownership and culture final
The last conversation is about ownership, candor, and whether you'll thrive with a non-technical founder as your taste source. References run alongside.
Help us put a real business in more people's hands.
Tell us what you've owned and the number that proved it worked. If you'd vouch for someone who fits but isn't you, send them our way.
